Abstract: A reliable and timely real estate market analysis on the metro area must include current data from a number of Internet sites. Fourteen typical questions that arise in a market study are presented with suggested Web locations that contain data that can be used for answers. A number of these sites provide unique information on the metro area that may not be commonly known. Every market researcher should invest the time to search the addresses identified and confirm the value of the data found on each.
