Along with Deacon Tom Croke of the Philadelphia Archdiocese, they will present three compelling case studies that will showcase approaches to portfolio assessment, adaptive reuse, and disposition in challenging and changing markets, including those with immigrant populations.

John J. Leary, CRE, met in London last fall with fellow members of the Standards Setting Committee of the International Ethics Standards Coalition. The IESC—with the help of several Counselors including Bill McCarthy, CRE, Steve Norris, CRE, Giuliano Gasparini, CRE, Hiroyuki Isobe, CRE, James Hannoch, CRE, and Bob McKennon, CRE—has created a universal set of ethics principles for real estate and related professions. Mr. Leary has been chairman of the Standards Setting Committee since 2015.
