I have been a trusted advisor by owners, tenants, and developers of commercial real estate since 1982 and have represented large corporations, such as IBM and American Express, on national multi-market lease and sale transactions. I have completed studies and advised office and mixed-use developers on the size, design, amenities, and parking needed to complete a successful new or restoration project. I speak 10 to 15 times annually to Estate Planning Lawyers, Fiduciaries, CPA’s and Financial Advisors on Commercial Real Estate Trends and Opportunities and How to keep your Commercial Properties Leased in a difficult market. I also speak on: Should Companies Purchase or Lease their Commercial Property and provide a lease vs purchase before and after-tax analysis and discuss the advantages of leasing vs purchasing. I am a firm believer in giving back to the community, both with my time and financial resources. I served on three City of Pasadena, California Commissions and Task Forces, and on the Board of Trustees of both the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce and Loyola High School. I served as a board member and President of the Fiduciary Round Table of the San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena American Little League, and American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Cancer Support Community Pasadena and co-chaired their 30th-anniversary gala that raised over $345,000. I am the proud parent of three adult sons, been married to wife Linan for 36 years and live in Pasadena, California.
