A Closer Look
I am a real estate lawyer, but I do not perform real estate closings. I regularly counsel clients and litigate land valuation disputes such as eminent domain and property damage cases. I also handle other forms of real property consultation and litigation concerning title disputes, boundary line disputes, road and access issues, zoning and land use entitlements, cell tower leases and easements, and similar matters. I have been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and a member of the Owner's Counsel of America (OCA) due to my real estate law practice, and I have been honored or recognized by nearly all lawyer rating and ranking organizations. I am an active member of the Counselors of Real Estate, and I am honored to be in the company of my fellow CREs.
