Jason L. Messner, MAI, CRE is the President of Patchin Messner Valuation Counselors. He has been with the company for over 30 years. Jason is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, a member of The Counselors of Real Estate and a member of the International Right of Way Association. He also served five years on the National Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute. His experience includes preparation of appraisals for eminent domain, tax appeal, litigation, financing, debt restructuring, acquisition/disposal, and consulting assignments on issues related to real estate.
