With over 45 years of consulting, valuation and appraisal experience working with financial institutions, developers, golf course owners and operators as well as state, local and federal agencies, I have gained extensive background in appraisal of existing and proposed projects with an emphasis on golf properties, ADR, eminent domain and litigation support/expert witness. I also hold membership in the Society of Golf Appraisers, Appraisal Institute and Washington Bar Association.
