Green Street St. Louis is more than a St. Louis based commercial development firm. After more than 30 years in commercial real estate, founding partner Phil Hulse decided to take a different approach to how this industry has always worked. In 2008, he founded Green Street to build up St. Louis through sustainable development and provide a better experience to each and every client.
