As Director of Real Estate Asset Management, Maryellen Dolan is responsible for developing and implementing the Foundation’s real estate asset management strategies and leading the Foundation’s team of asset management and facilities operations professionals. While holding senior positions with institutional investors, Ms. Dolan acquired extensive experience in all areas of real estate ownership and development; including the management of joint venture equity investments, acquisitions and asset management. Ms. Dolan’s asset management experience includes defining investment strategies and managing real estate investments in major U. S. markets. For the past decade, she has been responsible for managing a significant part of National Real Estate Advisors, LLC’s portfolio of joint venture equity developments and construction loans. Previously, she served as the Director of Acquisitions for an office real estate investment trust.
