Wendy Timm, CRE, was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by Commercial Real Estate Women, CREW St. Louis. This Chapter of NNCREW was one of the first members nationally when it was founded in 1982. Wendy is a founding member. CREW St. Louis has never given this award to a member. Wendy’s daughter, a member of CREW Denver, provided Wendy’s 42 year career story as a developer, mortgage banker, and development consultant.
