CREs Tom Gates, Geoffrey Curme and Davis Cable recently formed Mirador Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Charlotte, N.C. The three Counselors, with backgrounds in real estate law, asset recovery, and valuation and analytics respectively, formed the company to respond to growing needs in the Carolinas marketplace for independent advice to guide decision-makers facing real estate challenges and opportunities.

Cable previously served as Director of Research for real estate capital markets at First Union/Wachovia, and held Executive Director positions at two regional conservation agencies, Catawba Land Conservancy and TreesCharlotte. Curme previously performed asset recovery at First Union/Wachovia and also has invested in partnership with institutional equity. Gates’ experience includes serving as head of the real estate development and finance practice group at the law firm of Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson.
