Hiroyuki Isobe, CRE, Chairman of Japan Valuers Co., Ltd., has established an overseas corporation in Cambodia.
The newly established corporation, Japan Valuers (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., is jointly owned by Isobe and Sim Hoy Chhoung, a well-acknowledged local valuer. In 2008, the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) was established and valuation businesses have grown in the country.
This is the second corporation that Isobe has established outside of Japan. In 2016, Japan Valuers Co., Ltd. established a local company in Myanmar where property valuation and the counseling industry have not yet matured.
