Bradley R. Carter, CRE, received the George L. Schmutz award for his book A Guide to Appraising Automobile Dealerships. The award recognizes an outstanding technical manuscript or publication on real estate valuation. In addition to authoring this book, Brad has also published in a variety of journals, including Real Estate Issues. His book can be found in the CRE Library.
