Honoring his more than four decades of involvement in real estate development and land use, Anthony (Tony) Souza, CRE, president, Souza Realty and Development, Inc., Tracy, Calif., was inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation’s Hall of Fame at a banquet which took place on June 26, 2018.
A Counselor since 1994, Mr. Souza has been active in local, regional and national real estate projects as a property advisor and developer; citizens’ planning committee leader; and officer of regional, national, and international professional associations. He was Chair of the Board of Directors of The Counselors of Real Estate organization in 2007, and its Foundation from 2013 to 2017.
