At this luncheon, the chapter will have the opportunity to hear from Daniel Heflin, CEO & Co-CIO of Torchlight Investors.  Dan will be discussing the impact of interest rates, geopolitical uncertainties and increased debt levels on U.S. markets. He will be exploring how these factors have impacted commercial real estate origination and financing as well as how Torchlight believes the commercial real estate market is positioned in the near term. The chapter will also hold elections for 2020 officers at this meeting.
