Chris Linnsen is the Director of Asset Management for CIC Global, overseeing lease negotiation and asset management for all CIC domestic and international locations totaling more than 1 million RSF of shared office and laboratory space.  Chris will share with us CIC’s strategy for returning incubated companies to physical office and laboratory space.

Liz Berthelette is Director, Research for the Boston office of Newmark.  Liz will provide granular data regarding where we are in the urban property occupancy cycle, and will discuss Newmark’s understanding of mid-term occupancy plans by regional companies.
