Elaine Worzala, PhD CRE®

Dr. Elaine Worzala is the Bendit Distinguished Scholar and Chair of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis at George Washington University. She is a proud graduate of the Wisconsin Real Estate Program at the UW-Madison. She is an active member of numerous academic and professional organizations including the Counselors of Real Estate. She is currently Academic Liaison Editor for Real Estate Issues. She has held academic appointments at many institutions most recently at the College of Charleston. Dr. Worzala has received numerous awards over the years. She is most proud of the American Real Estate Society’s Grasskamp Award.

Head of CRE Economics

Victor Calanog is the Head of Commercial Real Estate Economics at Moody’s Analytics. Prior to the acquisition he served as the Chief Economist and Senior Vice President at REIS. He is responsible for Moody’s Analytics Reis’s market forecasting, valuation, thought leadership, and advisory services. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), serves as Managing Editor for the CRE Finance Council, and is part of the Board of Directors of the Counselors of Real Estate®.

Hagood Morrison is a commercial real estate agent specializing in industrial real estate. He represents clients in facility assessment, facility acquisition, disposition or leasing. Hagood has earned a specific expertise in marketing East Coast and Gulf Coast industrial waterfront facilities.

Hagood Morrison founded Bridge Corporate Solutions in 2019 headquartered in Charleston, SC having previously worked with Colliers International where he headed the Colliers Southeast Industrial Group and the Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group. He has spoken at a number of industrial real estate conferences, logistics and appraiser conferences.

Hagood graduated from Washington and Lee University and then earned an MBA at The Citadel.

He retired from the Naval Reserve as a Captain.

Bobby Speir, SVP Mixed Use Investment, Crosland Southeast

Bobby has 14 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, development, asset management, and leasing across the major markets in the Southeast. In his current role at Crosland Southeast, he is responsible for sourcing and executing mixed-use acquisition and development opportunities throughout the Southeast.

Bobby earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate and Corporate Finance, where he was the recipient of the Trammel Crow Residential/Leonard Wood Fellowship and was a Dean’s Fellow. Bobby is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in Finance.
