Though expressed at a vastly different
time under vastly different circumstances, Churchill’s immortal
words resonate today as we look for assurance that we are not just
on the brink of economic recovery...but possibly in the throes of
it.
Assorted theories from respected sources differ on this point. Top
economists and industry experts throughout the world present conflicting
views as to exactly where we are in the most severe real estate
cycle of our time. This makes for engrossing reading and captivating
debate. Yet who truly grasps the pulse of the future — particularly
as it relates to real estate, finance, and investment? Whose answers
