the Noisette Company will present a case study, followed by a development
tour of Noisette, the nation's largest sustainable urban redevelopment.
Covering approximately 3,000 acres encompassing the former Charleston
Navy Base and historic core of the City of North Charleston, the
project is a public-private collaboration with the city of North
Charleston and includes commercial, residential and non-profit initiatives.
