from students who formed teams that

businesses to strengthen revenues,
jobs and the economic vitality of the
region. The student projects included
performing feasibility studies, marketing

for local businesses.

McIntosh Moves to Rialto Capital Management
Julie M. McIntosh,
CRE, has moved to Rialto
Capital Management,
Atlanta, as senior
vice president. In her
new position, McIntosh
will be responsible for
the resolution of nonperforming
loans in a $3 billion portfolio acquired
from the FDIC. Rialto is a real
estate investment management company
focused on distressed real estate
asset investment, management
and workouts.

housing at the
Urban Land Institute’s
third Terwilliger Center Forum held in
New York City. Mouchly presented and
moderated a panel on “Producing Affordable

2010. The Summit focused on the
