 Kaye Completes Market Study Steven Kaye, CRE Steven Kaye, CRE, MAI, senior vice president/partner at CB Richard Ellis/New England, Boston, recently completed a market study and analysis for the redevelopment of an 82-unit multifamily condominium project located within blocks of Williams College in the Berkshires. The study made recommendations for unit plans, specifications and pricing, and examined supply and demand trends in the tourist and second-home market of the Berkshires, giving special attention to evaluating potential demand by alumni of Williams College. Kaye’s study concluded there was a significant market of alumni who would consider returning to Williamstown to live in either a primary residence or second home.  Print Friendly
