Panelists cover various topics that face testifying appraisers and other valuation experts, clients, and attorneys. These sessions will also include ample time for questions from the audience to create a true Forum dialogue and learning experience.

Often the panelists include an experienced attorney and an expert witness in litigation, so that attendees receive a “real-world” experience. Some Forums are very specific and will increase the Counselor’s effectiveness as an expert witness. Others cover broader topics.
