U.S. and non U.S.-based Members

Annual Dues: $1,500
Initiation Fee* (one time only): $2,500

In addition to full CRE Member Benefits, all new members receive:

  • Authorization to use the professional CRE® Designation (Counselor of Real Estate) relevant to all counseling activities
  • A Certificate of Membership, which is presented at a public ceremony at the Annual Convention or Midyear Meeting
  • A CRE emblem pin
  • An extensive New Member Guide
  • A Welcome Reception in honor of all new members in conjunction with the Annual Convention or Midyear Meeting
  • A personal host for the duration of the member's first meeting

* The initiation fee applies to U.S. and U.S. territory-based members. There is no initiation fee for non-U.S.-based members.
